Available for the first time on vinyl, El Niño y El Sol is debut album from Ocote Soul Sounds, originally released in 2006 via ESL Music. This unique musical collaboration between Adrian Quesada (Black Pumas) and Martin Perna (Antibalas, DapKings) is a hearty sonic stew of soulful flavors spanning genres from jazz, Afrobeat, Latin, funk, and beyond. Soundtrack to the lost film of the same name, El Niño y El Sol is a haunting and unforgettable musical journey. This LP is pressed on red/yellow/green vinyl and made exclusively for RSD Black Friday 2023.
